Wholesale access is granted only upon approval. Business verification is mandatory. Wholesale prices are not accessible to consumers.

3. Product Legality and Use

All products sold by Calma CBD are compliant with EU and Maltese law and are derived from industrial hemp with THC levels within the legal limits.

Products are intended for non-medical, wellness, and personal use only. We do not make any medical claims. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

It is your responsibility to ensure the legality of CBD products in your jurisdiction before ordering.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Maltese public holidays).
We aim to dispatch orders promptly after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary based on destination and courier.

Calma CBD is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs, courier issues, or incorrect address information.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped.

7. Returns and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene, safety, and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

This policy applies to all products unless a product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Wholesale pricing and services are reserved for verified Retailers, Wholesalers, and Distributors.
To apply, businesses must complete our Wholesale Application Form and be approved by Calma CBD.

Wholesale accounts are subject to separate terms, but also governed by these general Terms unless superseded by a written agreement.
